Exchanges and Returns


Shopping shoes online especially for kids can be tricky. I know – I feel you. I want you and your little one’s feet happy and want you to love your shoes 100%.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will happily exchange items or refund the product purchase price if you contact me within 10 days of the purchase date. Postage costs on refunded purchases are non-refundable.  Whether you wish to exchange an item or request a refund simply get in touch via the contact form.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If you are requesting to exchange an item I will email you an invoice for the return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom or personalised shoe orders can’t be exchanged or returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please keep in mind:

All shoes are 100% handmade, so patterns and colours may vary slightly to the display image.

Exchanges are subject to availability, if your preferred item is not in stock I may offer an alternative.
